This list looks great at opening transports, but terrible at dealing with what comes out.
First, there is no need for icons in mono-Tzeentch, since you are using lots of ranged attacks. And at the most, you only want 2, one for each wave.
Second, you might as well split the horrors into 6 squads of 6 to maximize the Bolt potential.
Third, find some space for Flamers. Elites is where the heavy offense lives in the Daemons codex. 3 groups of 3 isn't prohibitively expensive, and each one will decimate anything it can catch.
