That should make 1000 points...only vehicle is the land speeder atm...due to these being the only models I can easily get for now :/

Btw...I don't really have much of a tactic atm...this list is made primarily out of units I like...if anyone could suggest better ideas and tactics? XD

I wouldnt take plasma guns id take meltas, they are cheaper and can crack vehicles and instant death toughness 4. Also you can fire them and charge.
Three ten man troops sqauds is also overkill at 1000 - maybe drop the blood claws and take missile launcher long fangs so you can pew pew some vehicles or drops frags on hordes at range.

Hey,
I think you need to be very careful at 1000pts what you spend your points on, you don't have space to throw away a single point.

I think you need to drop the wolf guard as a single unit, at 1000pts I fit in 2 6 man long fang squads with missiles, I'd rip your wolf guard apart with 1 turn of shooting, they'll draw all the fire your enemy can throw at them. They have a lot of points tied up in so few models with only 1 invulnerable save, they're not gonna do much other then make opponents either blow them up or avoid then in cc which is not that hard to do to a foot slogging troop. I'd focus the list on your grey hunters.
Grey hunters are the best basic troop in the game, they have a bolter, bolt pistol so get 2 attacks in cc, 3 on the charge. You can stick 2 assault weapons in the squad for tearing into IC's and tanks, they have some nice wargear like MOTW and the wolf banner, both of which would increase their efficacy in the field of cc.
MOTW is probably better then a power weapons, as it puts the model up to ~5.5 attacks on average with rending, not too bad for a basic troop.

I'd put the troops together like this:
10x grey hunters, 2 melta guns, wolf banner, mark of the wolfen. Wolf guard with combi- melta and power fist.
That comes to 223 points. Take 3 squads with that load out and there will be very little that will mess with you on the field.

Drop the landspeeder, they work in groups but 1 on it's own has limited use and will probably go down in flames before you get your worth out of it. Get yourself more long fangs and you'll be getting more out of the points, splitting fire and more heavy weapons plus 1 lazcannon won't kill off the entire squad.

The rune priest is an issue for me as well. I find that they are a support unit, they are for bringing the pain in the shooting phase not for cc. A wolf lord or priest would be better in cc as they have either more buffs or better statlines for combat, the rune priest has a force weapon but he will be outstripped by any IC or MC that he tries to take out. Drop the saga and the necklace, stick a chooser of the slain on him to boost his psycic shooting attacks.
Give him living lightening and you can pop transports and maybe strip wounds off MCs from accross the board and for the second power take either jaws of the world wolf for character sniping or murderous hurricane to mess with hordes.

The way I see it you can do fairly good with the following list.

Rune Priest- 110
chooser of slain, LL + JOTWW

Wolf guard- 129
3x power fist and combi melta

Grey hunters- 185
10x, 2x melta gun, MOTW, Wolf banner

Grey hunters- 185
10x, 2x melta gun, MOTW, Wolf banner

Grey hunters- 185
10x, 2x melta gun, MOTW, Wolf banner

Long Fang- 115
5x fangs, 4x missile launchers

Long Fangs- 90
4x fangs, 3x missile launchers

That is 999, it gives you a clutch of missiles, some rock hard troops and a decent hq that can support your boys as they move forward or hold back on an objective with 1 squad and snipe.

Grey hunters can't take frost blades, wolf guard can but they're the same as a power fist (off the top of my head) and I think with an I4 trooper a powerfist is better since you can kill outright instead of just taking a wound or maybe two.

It's not the size of the blade, it's how you use it.
