So, tournament upcoming, and, here are the rules:

Boss rules:
Points: 425 Maximum. There is no minimum.
Must be a single HQ choice.
Upgrades must be legal within codex options.
May include a retinue, but it must be a legal option and meet force organizational standards. No partial units.
May include a transport if that is optional but total armor value of front, side and rear may not exceed 35.
Models MUST be WYSIWYG (exceptions for grenades and stuff are reasonable)

Battle Rules:
Players will draw random starting times. Lower point value Bosses will gain a slight draw advantage. All even number players will move at the same time as will all odd.
In the event two or more odds or evens plan to move against each other a roll off will determine who will move first. All shooting of evens will happen simultaneously as will all odds. In the event two or more odds or evens plan to charge each other a roll off will determine who will move first but both sides receive the +1A for charging.

Game Objectives:
Victory Points will be awarded to anyone who kills a HQ unit. The unit must be totally destroyed and any vehicle must be at least immobilized. Victory points will be awarded at 1 per 100 points of the HQ rounded up.

Battlefield objectives score one point per objective. To take an objective you must control the objective for one turn. After the turn the objective is removed and the point awarded.

Healing zones will be randomly placed. Moving on to a healing zone will fully heal one HQ model, resurrect a model (no matter how long it was dead) or repair one vehicle weapon. To be healed or repaired the unit may not shoot or assault. After it is used the healing zone is removed and randomly replaced.

Just added the Krak grenades due to having the extra points laying around. Main questions:

Would the medic be worth it?
Should I rework it to have 3 plasma guns instead of meltaguns?

Honestly, I'd keep the melta guns, as they aren't prone to killing you, and if you need to, you can charge into combat while you are using them still. And, if you get other opponents using vehicles, you can take them out nice and quick.

Not to mention, Str 8 AP 1 weapons are good for killing commanders!
