About the living battering ram is it +2i then add another +1i for assault bonus and another +1 for AG so total of 5 including its own initiative value?

The power is used during the Movement phase, so the Tervigon can move either before or after using the power.

I'm not sure where you are getting the +1 Initiative assault bonus. If you took Adrenal Glands, they would get +3 to their Initiative in the Assault phase if you charged.
