Ok, so first of all sorry if these questions are stupid or easily answered in the Codex but I just can't find the definite answer to these questions:

1) Do Autarchs benefit from Phoenix Lords Special Abilities?


2) If say in an Apocalypse game, I had phoenix lords joined to an autarch joined to another non aspect squad, would the autarch benefit from the Phoenix Lord Special Ability?

The Exarch abilities that the PLs get (i.e. Bladestorm) only work with the associated Aspect. Most of the time, if an IC joins the the Aspect with the associated PL, the IC will gain the benefit, however you would need to read the powers to see who can get them.

The autarch is indeed eligable in almost all cases - its in the codex as to exactly what can and can't be used.
