Basic plan is to scout move drop the vets they do in the armor supported by valks and vens hydras pound everything they can see Radec outflanks and overwhelms the enemys deployment and helps the vets mop up infantry and finish any armor the vets miss

What type of games will you be playing with this list? I ask, mostly, because you are generally supposed to be equal to or under the allotted point cost, not over.

And, I'm curious about your guards advancing across the board. Most guard lists I see involve forming a gun line with a few mobile squads to take objectives. The Guardsman have to get really close to use the Meltas effectively, and any army with a lot of armour will just lay into those guardsman as they move across the board.

the infantry platoon will be outflanking right into the enemys deployment zone the veterans will be in the valks i play casual games with friends they dont tend to mind although i could drop a flamer to make it 2000pts
