Just a question, what army rerolls the most? As a fantasy player it's probably High Elves with their ASF and Beastmen for their Primal Fury. Which 40k army features the most rerolling? Is it Eldar with their farseer abiltiies? Lets hear it out.

Thus, After having thus successively taken each member of the community in its powerful grasp and fashioned him at will, the supreme power then extends its arm over the whole community. It covers the surface of society with a network of small complicated rules, minute and uniform, through which the most original minds and the most energetic characters cannot penetrate, to rise above the crowd. The will of man is not shattered, but softened, bent, and guided; men are seldom forced by it to act, but they are constantly restrained from acting. Such a power does not destroy, but it prevents existence; it does not tyrannize, but it compresses, enervates, extinguishes, and stupefies a people, till each nation is reduced to nothing better than a flock of timid and industrious animals, of which the government is the shepherd

Deathwing LC spamis the one that comes to my mind first, attach a chaplain for more fun.

Master crafted anything, so SM Vulcan and as many Thunderhammers, flamers and Multi meltas as you can get.

Don;'t know about Eldar, though they probably do with Guide, Fortune, etc.

Pretre: OOOOHHHHH snap. That's like driving away from hitting a pedestrian.

Eldar farseers not only let you reroll failed dice, but can cause your opponents to reroll successes as well.

For the most rerolls possible, I'd go for guard. A priest can make a 55-man unit reroll all its misses on the charge, and they're backed up by things like hydras with their twin-linked autocannons. Their senior officers can also just "cast" rerolls on units when they shoot at bigger targets.

Black Templars can take a vow that lets them re-roll their to-hits in close combat. They can take terminators with lightning claws that re-roll to-wounds. They can give these terminators furious charge to bump their S and I up to 5. But who know if that will stay if the codex gets updated or when that will be?

Eldar can Doom their enemy to reroll wounds against them for a turn. They can also cast guide to re-roll missed to-hits and fortune to re-roll missed saving throws (I think I have those right. I don't play Eldar).

Vulkan lists with lots of flamers and meltas, or Templars with Accept Any Challenge. They get Preferred Enemy: You and roll buckets of dice.

Black templar get to reroll to hit in close combat, their assault terminators get to reroll to hit and wound!

No they dont - Doom is reroll wounds caused by an Eldar unit, Guide rerolls to hit from an Eldar unit, and Fortune lets them rerolls their saves.

Double far seer eldar can probably get the most rerolls

The Imperial Guard can also use an Astropath to re-roll the reserve and outflanking dice which could be used to bring in a Vendetta from reserve, which in turn gets to re-roll because it has three twinlinked lascannons. Very handy.

Driven away from WH40K by rules bloat and the expense of keeping up, now interested in smaller model count games and anything with nifty mechanics.

Destroyers get Preferred Enemy: Everything now, so there's that.

I play a Vulkan list, though, and I do get lots and lots of rerolls.

Hive tyrant with old adversary and 30 hormagaunts with adrenal glands and toxin sacs. Re-role to hit and re-role to wound from a group that delivers 90 hits lol, don't get much more re-roles than that.

you can also put toxin sacs on mostly anything, so you get allot of re-roles.

Scything talons also give re-roles of 1's and two sets give you re-role's to hit

I play guard, so i reroll alot of things, but my friend who plays eldar gets to reroll every roll it seems like, because he take a bunch of farseers so everything on the field is fortuned and doomed and guided etc...so...much...rerolling

+1 to Reserves, not a reroll.

Yep, my mistake.

Yes, while there may be other armies that get to re-roll more often, IG re-rolls can certainly make a huge impact.

Eldar have a ton of rerolls.

Serpents come with TL guns.
Nightspinners have TL guns.
Guide lets you reroll all shooting (ie, TL)
Fortune lets you reroll saves and cover.

If you want to reroll everything, Eldar is an option. (But not the only option, necrons come to mind)

Eldar or Black Templar. Templar's get army wide CC re-rolls if you take the right vow (except Neophytes), coupled with LCs on termies, mixed with furious charge...it's bad business. Eldar have re-rolls on almost everything. Either one, you can't go wrong (except that they're old, usually overcosted codexes )

Reality is a nice place to visit, but I'd hate to live there.

What about making your opponent roll all sorts of dangerous terrain tests so that you can kill him on your turn and his turn. For that Necrons.
