(If my math is off please let me know) Idk what to do with the extra 5, any advice would be nice thanks.

Well, your list is illegal. I see no PCS, much less two of them so you could have two troop selections with all of those PISs. Minimum platoon size is PCS, 2x PIS.
Once you have a legal list up, people can help you better.
Some suggestions...
Drop the close combat equipment from the CCSs. A 5 man squad of Guard will get crushed in close combat. Why do you have a empty special weapon slot in those CCSs?
Proper blob is outfitted with a Commissar, flamer or melta gun, power weapons on everyone who can use them and melta bombs.
I don't like the side sponsons on LRBTs. The 'Lumbering Behemoth' rule is you can move 6" and fire one weapon and the turret weapon. So to fire everything, your not moving... and a LRBT that isn't moving is a dead LRBT.
The armored Sentinels are dogs because it is super easy to get AV 10 side shots on them. You would be better off with a 2nd Vendetta.
With your Elite selections, I am kinda surprised you do not have a Astropath.

Wow.. got I feel realy dumb....when I was making the list I knew I need 2 PCS just didn't remember why till now. Ok I fixed it now and the reason i only have 3 plasma and 3 meltas on my CCS is because I only have 3 plasma and mlta models.

Well, I still say drop the fist and power weapons (25pts saved). Drop the Melta bombs and get a commissar in that 2nd Platoon.
Those sponsons and extra weapons on your vehicles are killing your troops so you can properly kit out those blobs. If your not doing blobs, those PISs are gonna be running in the first round someone puts fire on them. I would put Standards in the CCSs if you psycially do not own a 4th Melta gun and plasma gun. This will help keep your units around with a leadership re-roll.
You will want a Astropath is your Airborne assaulting your Storm Troopers along with Marbro.
So yeah, same advice as before.

Drop a flamer in a PCS, and put a power weapon on your commissar. Also loose the HB sponsons on the LRBT, not worth their pts. 20 left over pts now.
Id actualy infiltrate your stormies and scout your Valk and Vendetta each with a flamer IS inside. That way you quickly move your front line up a solid 10" without waiting for the enemy to shoot you 2 turns before being in range to burn them.
I generaly play defensive guard, and If I rush theres lots of Flying contraptions, so my advise isnt very good.
