It comes to 1730, opinions criticism?

I think I would go for a flamer assault squad to deal with infantry. Also going for plasma guns on honour guard has saved me on occasions.
Then the vanguard could maybe do with meltabombs, given the reasonably frequent occurrence that you'll only have tanks to hit when they first arrive.

I like the list. You should devote a few points to working a Power Fist into the Vanguard squad, so they can handle vehicles if necessary. Some Meltabombs would be nice too, as noted. The last thing you want is to have them drop next to a parking lot that's moved 12" and only have Krak Grenades to do something. With MBs plus a Fist, you have a good chance to at least do something.

Drop the melta bombs on the priests, use that 15 pts and the 20 extra to give one of the Vets a TH, and another a melta bomb.

Keep the priests away from combat as much as possible

I don't know a terrible lot about BA army lists admittedly, but just a thought
You don't have a single mech unit, maybe work in a furioso dred + drop pod or a pred/rhinos to draw fire or to get your assault marines into CC safely?

Right now you look like you are going to power through the gun fire and hope they can't take enough out of each squad to really do anything. I like the list, but It will on depend on how you play. With all the mech out there, get some more power fists running around and don't worry about the melta bombs. If you are close enough to charge the land raider you are going to probably pop it with a melta gun. Drop the melta bombs and get more fist or more people into the vanguard squad. But looks good. I wouldn't worry to much about needing mech. You would end up cutting to much out of your list so the mech won't last long enough to draw fire.

That's very close to the DoA list I run, just be very careful with your deployment as a good template guard army will ruin you....

The Honor Guard you listed costs 215, not 205. 4 Meltas is probably fine. Plasma is nice too, but the ability to ID T4 models is pretty nice, especially against some otherwise bad matchups like GK Paladins or Ork lists with lots of Nobz.
