I need a converter to make me a Ragnarok tank. These were older models that had a figure released for the Epic portion of the game, and had a very KV1/KV2 feel to them, with the very tall turret and the big cannon. So what I think might work is purchasing one of those model kits, and having it GW'd up quite a bit. Anyone think they can handle that task? I'd love to give someone my money

Will this be just for looks? Or to play with, presumably counting-as a Leman Russ with no sponsons?

A quick Google search shows there are 1:48 KV1/2 kits available, which will probably be closer to Russ dimensions than the more common 1:35 kits.

Not quite sure what you mean by "having it GW'd up quite a bit" - are you expecting hull reshaping/surgery, or just GW superdetailing to an unchanged hull?

I'm speaking to a few people right now about it. Clang: By "Having it GW'd up quite a bit" I mean adding bits and such so that it looks like a legitimate Imperial Guard tank, and not something else. These will be for play. Leman Russ Demolishers without the sponsons, yes.

I am one of the ones sekai is chatting with at the moment so this post is for any one else who wants a ragnarok. I put a hellish amount of time into my builds and it shows and as such build all my vehicles to a very high standard. When someone says they want a Ragnarok tank I assume they mean this. What I will need to build this is a chimara, leman russ turret, and an extra set of chimera treads for the double wide tracks. All other building supplies will be provided by me at no extra charge. This includes strip, rod, and sheet styrene as well as glue. And you will get a tank that looks nearly identical to the one in the picture. If you contract me to build you some I will send you status pics of EACH tank I build as well as a description of the progress. I work for trades of NIB or NOS guard stuff. I was going to rip you off I wouldn't be putting any effort into why you should trust me. I know I am new to the forum but I have to start somewhere. I will post pictures of some of my other WIP pics below.
