Solar Pulse by description in the Codex:
(Just incase you do not own or want to help solve this question)

-The Cryptek's staff unleashes a flash of searing light, blinding his enemies and illuminating the battlefield.
(Just for how it works, thats nice...)
--------------
-One use only. The solar pulse can be used at the start of any turn.
-If the Night Fighting rules are in effect, they cease to apply until the end of that turn.
-If the Night Fighting rules are not in effect, then they apply until the end of the turn.
---------------

Question Time:
A) Lets say I am Player 2, I use solar pulse on Player 1's turn.
1) It does in fact last for his whole turn, movement, shooting, assault?
2) When It comes to my turn (Player 2) does it go away?
3) Or does it last until the next Player 1 turn?

That is my question.

Whenever "turn" is used it means "Players Turn." Therefore, if you used Solar Pulse (and no Night Fighting is in effect) during your opponents turn, it would apply , for all three phases. After his assault phase, the effect would end.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.
