V3: Germans vs. Soviets

Luke and Steven decided to kill several birds with one stone: play Luke's first Version 3 game, try a new mission, and give a shake down for a possible Cold Wars doubles list.

As ever DirtyJon a riveting read. Give me a year or two and I hope to make a good Website like WWPD or Modeldads, your stuff is always top rate and quite inspiring.

EDIT - It always seems to me that when you really need a Six, you seem to get one. The Strelkovy would have steamrolled the Grenadiers but the Germans secret rule "Gott mit uns" means you roll a six.

Collecting Forge World 30k????? If you prefix any Thread Subject line on 30k or Pre-heresy or Horus Heresy with [30K] we can convince LEGO and the Admin team to create a 30K mini board if we can show there is enough interest!

Thanks guys, but it is mostly Steven that does the really good write-ups (like this one!). I am glad that you guys get some use and enjoyment out of the site. Cheers!
