What are your thoughts on the following lists? Which one do you feel is more competitive. Not really looking to make changes just wanted opinions on any glaring flaws or strenghts i may have overlooked so that i can keep them in mind during game.

Personally i favor the first list for the added librarian giving me an extra offense and defense as well as psychic defense extended.
The second list was just an after thought variation as I figured 3 razorbacks coudln't hurt and could help me with taking out AV10 vehicles so that the missile launchers and assault marines could go at something else.

First off you don't need to list standard wargear and you can cut down on your listing

For example:

Could just be
Assault Squad, Melta, Melta. Power Weapon, Melta bombs

For the second list of you are going to go mech, take a 5 man squad of assault marines and give them a Razrback for the 35 point discount.

I vastly prefer list 1. To me, the only value in the Razorbacks is helping the Devs get into position in Dawn of War. The Heavy Bolter is a really lackluster weapon and without other vehicles in the list they may not live long.

the way i set my list is very easy to read through by both experienced and inexperienced players, i rather prefer it to people that lists their units with the short hand version as you have.

I'm trying to run DoA based list taking assault marines without jump packs goes against the principle but i do see your reasoning. Thats just not at all what im aiming for tho.

And yeah i think the razorback with heavy bolter is lack luster but it can be a distraction at least

The razorbacks are expensive. It is not their weapon or their place in the list, they are just bad value for points.

Otherwise the list ok.
