It's not that good to be honest. Gorebull is relatively weak, a doombull does great solo but a gorebull is best only in a minobus. I'm afraid your infantry blocks are too small try and get 30gor and 20+ bestigor for a 3rd legal unit go with a unit of harpies, a single razorgor or a small unit of raiders. As for a lord/hero, it's your call personally I would like a beastlord/wargor and bsb, meaning you lose magic support but a bsb is too valuable for primal fury rerolls and a greater bray shaman is too expensive. To be honest 750 is very difficult for Beastmen, you will lose a lot just take it as a learning experience for later levels and for that I would drop the bsb for a shaman.

Maybe something like this:

Wargor- GW, HA, Gnarled Hide 108
Bray Shaman- XHW 77
19 Bestigor- FC -Banner of Disc. 273
29 Gors- XHW, FC 257
5 Raider- Muscian 33

Thus, After having thus successively taken each member of the community in its powerful grasp and fashioned him at will, the supreme power then extends its arm over the whole community. It covers the surface of society with a network of small complicated rules, minute and uniform, through which the most original minds and the most energetic characters cannot penetrate, to rise above the crowd. The will of man is not shattered, but softened, bent, and guided; men are seldom forced by it to act, but they are constantly restrained from acting. Such a power does not destroy, but it prevents existence; it does not tyrannize, but it compresses, enervates, extinguishes, and stupefies a people, till each nation is reduced to nothing better than a flock of timid and industrious animals, of which the government is the shepherd

Beastmen are great fun but quite difficult to play at a low points level. The best thing they have going for them is primal fury and you really need a BSB and a Beastlord general to give you a good leadership bubble to make sure primal fury goes off consistently. Unfortunately that is not something you are going to be able to pack into a 750 point list.

I'd be tempted to drop the gorebull for a leadership eight wargor who can take cover from artillery in the ranks of your infantry. You're probably better off merging the gors into one unit of at least 24+ models so they have the ranks to win combats and stay steadfast. I've found bestigors do all the heavy lifting in my army and I'd be tempted to take a larger unit of 24+; you're going to swing last in the combat and you want to take casualties and still be able to hit with two ranks of attacks. Finally it would be good to have a shaman in there, its a shame to pass up on an entire phase of the game.

If you have any points left a razorgor or a chariot could provide a but of support for one of your units and give your an extra drop in the deployment.

That which does not kill you can still hurt quite a lot.
