I'm not clear as to how loremaster works in conjunction with other wizards using spells from the same lore. Are the subsequent wizards forced to take the signature spell, or are they given free reign to chose their spells since the loremaster already knows them all? Would it be the equivalent of having rolled them, or is this suppose to be a special case, or do you just ignore the loremaster and roll their spells as usual?

Ex: great goblin shaman gains has loremaster from his spidershrine. Do the two night goblin shamans chose from any of the little waaagh spells, or are they limited to sneaky stabbin?

Part 2...
Does loremaster or "learned" spells allow an army to carry duplicate spells other than those labled signature?

Ex: A grey seer takes skitterleap as an exchanged spell. Can a warlock then roll for skitterleap since it was exchanged and not chosen randomly? (on an aside... Can the seer exchange 2 spells for 'both' skitterleap and dreaded 13th or is it one or the other?)

or Ex2: A slaan takes lore of heavens and loremaster, can his skink priest then also roll for the comet of cassandora

It is entirely ignored.

As in, anyone who chooses their spells, or is loremaster, is ignored for the purposes of spell duplication.

Stated explicitly on the rules for choosing spells.

With Lore Master, the spells don't count as "taken" by another Wizard.

In your first exsmple; yes the other shaman rolls to randomly generate his spells, even though there is a Lore Master in the army who uses the same lore.

The Grey Seer can only swap one spell; so it's either skitter leap, or the 13th.

For the older army books, the default spell a wizard can drop to acts as a Sig spell.
For example; if I default to Warp lightning with a Warlock, it "counts" as the Sig spell, so the Grey Seer can roll for it.

So for your 2nd example, yes the Warlock can still roll and get the skitter leap spell, even if the Grey Seer defaulted to it.

For your 3rd example; yes, the skink can roll for his spells, and have 2 of the same one in an army with a Lore Master.
