So you are in the "Warmachine & Hordes You Make Da Call" section and underneath that clickable link it states:

"Want to discuss Warmachine/Hordes rules interactions? This is the place."

So how is this a rules interaction question?

Ok, the harsh point out of the way. Those casters are going to play differently to each other. The harbinger is a great caster at scenario play. Her feat, martyrdom and the amount of foucs she has is great. Kreoss2 is great at killing the enemy not matter what the defence be it DEF or ARM. Read the synopses at Battle College and see what you think.

It really will depend on the playtyle you want the army to have. If your just looking to add a new caster, a list of current models you own would be helpful.

Yeah, kinda what they said.

Those two operate on completely different playing fields.

What are the different styles/tactics if I may ask? Not having gotten to play yet I've got the same question, I kinda like both of them (as well as Feora burning anything and everything)

Kreos is very much an in your face type of caster (from what I know about facing him). Where as Harbinger just sits back with her giant control area, and if you do get close... FEEL THE BURN!

Don't have much experience facing either, all I know is... Kreos smashed my face in, harbinger didn't like my forsaken getting slipstreamed into her face.

eKreoss: Run Run FEAT Melee Melee win

Soladrin: Your opponent made a mistake, is all. Even Kreoss
would have died sitting on focus (especially if he had 6 or 7).

Harbinger clears spells off the table. She also plays attrition by
keeping her troops alive AND her feat forces infantry heavy
players reconsider moving around the table.

Alright, thanks. I'm still not sure which one I want to use. They both go well with the troops I'd like according to the numerous articles on here (A huge thank you to whoever wrote them)

eKreoss is more straightforward.

Harbinger has a lot of tools to bring to the table.

Having said that, eKreoss is also easier to stop.

Alrighty, prolly going with Harbinger then, it helps that every time I see the model I just want to paint it, Kreoss not so much. Besides, looking for something less straightforward than 40k has been for me the past few games. Thanks for the help soladrin and malfred!

Oh I know it was a mistake, that doesn't make it any less awesome to roll that many damage dice. xD
