Right, so here we go again, round 2 of my roommate's proposed Necron list. I think this list is actually pretty sorted by now, he took a lot of advice from both here and dakkadakka and has a pretty solid looking list.

Royal Courts split up with the warrior squads. All else should be fairly self explanatory.

I'd put some MSS on the overlord, maybe a Sempiternal Weave to help his survivability in CC if the command barge goes down.

It may just be me, but I'm not a huge fan of ghost arcs, taking four seems like a large points sink for very little firepower in return. Now I'm sure people will disagree with me on that, but that's what forums are for.
Instead, I would lose two of the Ghost Arcs, Combine the warriors you have into two ten man squads, and then take another warrior, or immortal squad with Tesla Carbines.

What weapons are you going to have on the Anni Barges?
Otherwise, I like the Royal Court choices, and the fast attack choices.

The list isn't bad at all, not crazy about the RC choices though. Not sure what good a Harbinger of Eternity is in this situation, for instance, I would only take one with a Chrono and only that if he has something critical to add his reroll too.

Other then that I like the general AV 13 spam. Should be pretty solid.
