I have recently started a Necron army, and this is my first complete model.

Cool to see a different necrons paintscheme, but the grey seems a bit flat

I really like the color scheme but as requiem pointed out the gray is a little flat. Maybe consider some weathering or battle damage?

Yes I agree with the above. The paintjob is great actually, as well as the red highlights, but yes the grey needs something done to it. Even just some highlights along the edges with a lighter colour But despite the grey the thing still looks awesome!

The grey is very flat. And there's much grey.
