Now that I've hammered out my 2000 point list, I need to work it backwards into a 1000 point army for a team tournament.

Assuming the missions are the same as last year, they are taken from the BRB. However, each player must have a troop within 3" of an objective to claim it and any unit within 3" of an enemy objective to contest it. Additionally, KPs are tracked seperately per player and each team's score is the team's player that has the least amount of KPs.

Ideally, these rules mandate that both players work together to take objectives and have fairly balanced armies in terms of offensive capabilities. One can't individual player can't grab / contest all the objectives and/or do all of the killing.

For my Grey Knights, I am thinking this:

Grey Knights
Crowe
5 Purifiers - 2 Halberds, MC Hammer, 2 Psycannons, Rhino with Searchlight
5 Purifiers - 2 Halberds, MC Hammer, 2 Psycannons, Rhino with Searchlight
5 Purifiers - 2 Halberds, Hammer, 2 Psycannons, Rhino with Searchlight
Dreadnought - 2 TL Autocannons, Psybolt Ammo
Dreadnought - 2 TL Autocannons, Psybolt Ammo
Total - 1000

As for my teammate, he is running Blood Angels. His list will be this:

I don't know GK too well but both of those lists combined look like alot of armour on the field. The only change I might make is to remove the Sponsons for some land speeders but thats not a great idea.

Can the BA use the searchlight on the GK razor?
