Hey guys, posting up my rough draft for my 2000pt army, and am curious to see what you all think. I currently do not own any attack bikes/land speeders, so they are out for now :(

Dedicated Land Raider Crusader - 250pts
2. Sternguard Veteran Squad - 10x Sternguard Veterans - 250pts
Razorback - Twin-Linked Heavy Bolter 40 pts
TROOPS:

2. Tactical Squad - 10 Marines, Melta Gun, Missile Launcher - 175pts
3. Tactical Squad - 10 Marines, Melta Gun, Missile Launcher - 175pts
Razorback - Twin-Linked Lascannon - 75pts

Too many terminator type stuff. Too many eggs in one basket.
I don't know for certain, but I see three troop choice (one being scouts) being an issue in 2k points. Also vindicators are amazing, but without the proper backup ML/autocannon saturation they will get picked off by anything that can't shoot the LR.
I personally would leave a combat squad of 5 marines in a razorback alone the entire game if it meant shooting down a vindi.
Are you combat squading the sternguards as well in their razorback? The rest of the units are going where?
Automatically Appended Next Post:
On another note, I just got done posting on a BA tourny list that is going to post 6+ tanks and 35+ MEQs at 1500pts
Your list has 30 MEQ + 7 terminator armor and 6 tanks total....at 2000pts. And an expensive scout squad.
Granted it's the LR that tosses you off, but I'm just saying at 2k points EVERY opponent will be ready for AV14 vehicles.

The purpose of argument is informative discourse, not to see who finishes in front.

I like the termies in land raider. Not real sure why your dedicating 10 man squads. I guess your breaking them into combat squads. I would rhino them. I would also put out one more tactical squad to be safe. Objectives come up a lot in rolled games.

The plan is to have the two razor backs move at 6 inches and fire at the enemies, while the other sternguards travel in between the two tanks or behind them, with the other melta squad.
The Land Raider will either forge ahead to clear a path, or go up a flank with cover to take the enemy from the side. Depends on deployment, of course.
My Missile Launcers will hang out farther back, and take potshots at armor. Missile Launchers have done more things for me than Autocannons have, I have terrible luck using those things. (they hate me) Also, I know the vindis will be a soft target, but with Terminators advancing in the Land Raider at full speed, with the Razorbacks coming up for support, the Vindicators (three of them!) will either lure the enemy fire off my armored column or get left alone for my troops. Three vindicators can also melt tanks of any kind, troops, etc.
The snipers job is to keep enemy units pinned, 11 shots that can rend are pretty swell for taking down pretty much everything. Only thing i miss is lasts edition Hits on 2/wound on 4 version of the sniper... but i'll take rending
I can either use a full Sternguard squad in a rhino, or use the TL Heavy Bolter Razorback. They are currently sharing a chasis untill i get more cash.
I also have a contemptor dreadnaught and it's rules, but it's done diddly all the games I've tried it out in, other than get immobilized or stuck in combat. I could give it a drop pod, but then it's 210 points in dreadnaught.

There are a few things i would change if i was you. Firstly, your HQ choice. While 2 choices are great, they are afterall one model each. I would consider dropping to 1 HQ choice which is a solid choice. So, Terminator librarian + SS, for example. I never spend more than 10% of the total army point size in HQ, so at 2000 points, 200 points in HQ are sufficient. Secondly, scouts aren't great. Personally, i would just put them on an objective in home deployment zone. But they are 15 points more than a tact squad, and are only holding an objective. What i would do here is, get 5 tactical marines (no upgrades) for 90 points in a Razor back to sit on a home objective. Albeit its expensive for a objective holder, but it can put some damage out with its TLHB (could even upgrade it). The other tactical squads shout have rhinos each. That way, the can rush to an objective and hold it, shooting out the top with a ML and MG. And if its a KP game, they have extra protection. Your elite choice, although its good, your sternguard should have some combi weapons in their, just to boost their fire power. Also, a 6 man transport isn't going to cut it for a 10 man squad. either drop 4 men, or upgrade to a rhino. I'd drop 4 men, and invest points else where. Vindicators are a good choice, but dont expect them to survive. so go aggressively from the start. If you do manage to save some points, get a few MM attack bikes for 50 points. They are great to rush at your oponent (24" turbo boost, 3+ cover), that puts alot of pressure for them to target your LRC, 3 vindis, or the attack bikes that will surely blow something up if ignored. Hope this helps.

I currently do not have attack bikes (I have looked into getting them when I have some cash, though), so, that's out. I can change what the Sternguard are riding in to a Rhino from a Razorback, to allow me to move the entire squad quickly. The main reason for the chaplain, was, the abilty to reroll all those tasty to wound/penetrate hits on the Thunder Hammers.
I can drop the chaplain as well, and maybe use the extra 135 pts I have to throw in another small squad?
Unfortunately, I currently do not have the hulls to be able to use more than 2 Rhinos/Razorbacks, so, for now, I'll have to work with what I have :O.
Here's a basic updated list for now, untill I can figure out how to work a 5man Tactical Squad and combi meltas in here. :O
HQ:
1. Librarian - Terminator Armour, Storm Shield, Force Weapon - 140 pts.
ELITES:
1. Assault Terminator Squad - 5x Terminators w/ Storm Shield + Thunder Hammer - 200pts
Dedicated Land Raider Crusader - 250pts
2. Sternguard Veteran Squad - 10x Sternguard Veterans, 9xCombi Melta - 285pts
Rhino - 35pts
TROOPS:
1. Scout Squad - 9 Scouts + Telion(10 total), Sniper Rifle x9, - 190pts
2. Tactical Squad - 10 Marines, Melta Gun, Missile Launcher - 175pts
3. Tactical Squad - 10 Marines, Melta Gun, Missile Launcher - 175pts
Razorback - Twin-Linked Lascannon - 75pts
4. Tactical Squad - 5 Marines - 90pts
HEAVY:
Vindicator - Siege Shield - 125pts
Vindicator - Siege Shield - 125pts
Vindicator - Siege Shield - 125pts
