Considering how easy it is to bust rhinos, you shouldn't spend so much on it, especially DaemonicP. Maybe EA if you really want it to get some place.

The PFist is a much better toy.

Oblits.

I agree with the above Rhino and Obliterator suggestions, however I would put a power sword on the regular CSM squad. It keeps the point costs similar and gives you a bit of a melee punch if someone charges you. I think the powerfist is better for a squad that is trying to get into close range, which this one doesn't seem to be, otherwise you would have a flamer/melta instead of the autocannon.

Ok so i am dropping the:

possessed+rhino
-250 pts

in favour of a:

Defiler
150

and adding

1x obliterator
1x obliterator
1x obliterator
225

going with a pfist for the CSM champ just incase they get up close... I also have people telling me IRL that 15 CSM in one unit is a bit high but I was thinking It saves me points Icon wise, and splitting the PM's Into 2 units to get more plasmaguns in there was also recommended.

A question before I give you some advice, are you looking at building a 'competitive' army at all? (even if your not, Chaos still need to be fairly 'competitive' just to have a good chance against the newer codex' average lists)

Im not looking at doing tournaments or anything like that... Just playing with friends and some guys from local gaming store from time to time... Im not after winning every game. But dont want to lose every game either.

Ok some general tips, you don't need to follow all of these, but they will (probably/hopefully) all increase your chance of winning: (staying within the Nurgle theme, which is probably the strongest Chaos theme at the moment)

HQ:
Typhus is nice, but quite expensive for how good he is. Problem with Chaos HQs, all of them (bar Lash princes/sorcerers & Fabius I suppose) they don't 'help' the rest of the army, they don't have psychic defence, and apart from Lash the Psychic powers don't help the army, just the individual. Newer dexes, HQs unlock units as troops, offer boosts to units etc etc. Typhus isn't immune to instant death, and I believe is T4(5) so T4 for the purpose of ID. Force weapons will destroy him, and if he's left on his own, so will ML, meltas etc. Nurgle Daemon Princes took a hit with the Warptime FAQing, but with wind of Chaos could still be useful. Even though not Nurgle, and despite me not wanting to really recommend the 'web list' units/way of thinking, Lash princes (or sorcerers) is probably the best option, but Typhus is doable, just be aware he is expensive for the killing power he offers.

Elite:
Terminators, not sure what your squad is really going to do here. I think they need to be kitted out a bit more, combi-plasmas are nice, a chain/power fist or two and a pair of LC or two. Makes them a bit more pricy, but 5 with just IoN and RAC, don't think they are going to be worth taking. Maybe, or maybe not, consider dropping to 4 and taking in a Land Raider (daemonically possessed) with Typhus.

Possessed, unfortunately, suck. Not worth taking, even just in fun lists. I would take them in Apoc games, when I have lots of points to fill. They may offer a nice CC punch though, so maybe, if you already have the models don't completely write them off, maybe only use them when you know your facing a 'weak' opponent/list.

Nurgle Dreads can be fun to paint/model, so I recommend them for that reason, 2x CCW with heavy flamer is how to run them. They aren't always reliable, but they are nice.
That possessed rhino, far to expensive, keep it bare normally.

Troops:
Again, unfortunately, footsloggin isn't great. It can work, but only if you go for a fully footsloggin army to be honest.

10 Plagues in one squad is too many, the competitive way to do it, is to run 5 with 2 special weapons in a rhino (normally Melta), but if you want a Power fist (being aware of the point sink), take a squad of 7 (the sacred number, not that it really means much) in a rhino. I would do this two or three times, not bother with the CSM squad (you could always convert the CSM models into plague marines, won't take too much skill to do, find a few guides/inspirations on here). Double plasma is good, as is double metla.

Fast attack:
You haven't bothered, and thats a good thing. Bikes can be useful, for delivering lesser Daemons or suicide melta, but are expensive in doing so. Raptors are ok, but again expensive.

Heavy:
Oblits, unfortunately,, best choice. I don't like them much (personal issue) but they are good. Defilers are also ok, best used in 2s or 3s though, and I think with Dreads as well (go for a Walker/MC spam list could be very fun, maybe too limited at 1500 points, 1750-2000 would be better option perhaps).

Hope some of that is helpful, let me know if there is anything else you want to know. If you have a revised list in mind, just post it here and i'm sure it'll be a bit better.

Seems alright, but I'd skip the possessed and give the terminators a land raider or something. You're lacking both armor and range, so a land raider might fill both gaps.

Defilers aren't that great, to be blunt. BS3 means a lot of scattering shots, and as for CC, well, yeah, they're not bad, but chances are they won't see it, being as big as they are means they're big targets. If you're dead-set on them, then go ahead, but I feel like you get more bang out of Vindi's and Oblits. At the very least, bump that squad of 5 PM's to 7, it's worth it, and you have the points. I'd totally ditch the Termies all together, without a transport they're just going to get shot to hell, and get some DP's, but you seem like you want them, so try them out, maybe luck will be nicer to you than me.

Defilers are pretty great when ever I use them. Battle cannons are the best answer to MEQ, and wiping a unit off the table with lash + BC is always an enjoyable experience. Sure, you can do the same thing with a unit of obliterators, but variety is the spice of life. So I take a defiler and two units of oblits!
