theoritical scenario:

vindicare shoots the priest and kills him.

Then an auto cannon hits and wounds 2 marines. Do the marines still get FNP on the same turn from subsequent units?

No. Only units within 6" get FNP, and the priest isnt within 6" when the shots wounded

The bubble works if it is present at the time the benefit is to be used. If the priest dies from one unit's firing, then later in that phase some other unit fires, the priest's bubble is no longer there.

The only time that units may still get the benefits of FNP even if he was killed was at the same initiative step. If, in assault, the Priest is killed at the same Iniative step where others were wounded, the others would still get the FNP roll because all swings happen simultaneously.

Now, if the Priest and his unit were shot by a multitude of weapons, and he died prior to another dying, I would say the other members get the FNP roll since shooting also happens simultaneously.

However, in you example, you had one unit firing and killing the priest, while another unit (no longer simultaneous) is firing and wounding models in a different unit.

Yup. The chalice bubble will still apply during the resolution of a single unit's shooting, as all shooting from a given unit is considered to be simultaneous, as are all Attacks which take place at the same Initiative step in a given combat.
