I didn't insult it, I just pointed out this is a thread for "unusual" music so posting extremely usual music kind of defeats the point.

What counts as unusual?

Specially being Skrillex. Dear god I cant stand that fellas music.

This is not that unsual here in Scandinavia, and to some extent europe. But to you Americans and so forth, it might be intriquing (spelling?).

Anyways, it's a very good band, especially live.

Heres a live one, as I know gas-masks are favored amongst the Dakkaites.

I would call this unusual, because if this is what you usually listen to, then you live in a truly terrible place and require immediate rescue.

Trivia fact, their motto is "We wouldn't know which end of a violin to blow on."

The spoken word mixes with the music very well. Definitely recommend it, not something you hear every day.

I hadn't considered The Avalanches, but now I think about it they are quite unusual.

I listen to quite alot of odd stuff, I'll see if I can find some... Until then - I heard this ages ago but I haven't been able to find anything else by this band, which is a shame really because this is possibly one of the greatest cover songs ever...

I'm a big Kaizers Orchestra fan (I own all their albums)... and I've never been to Europe... just throwing it out there....

I love Jethro Tull... They're awesome... I'm lucky enough to be going to see Ian Anderson live in a month or so, that should be rather good...

I got told off by my parents for doing his hopping flute playing thing once.

Admittedly it was outside a tent at the cambridge folk festival, where people take jethro tull a tad more seriously than most.
