Not really. I'd probably take Jacobus over the Canoness though. Being able to re-roll the number of faith points that you get each turn is exceptionally useful, and he has the ability to turn what would otherwise basic close combat units into highly effective CC units with his re-rolls.

I would drop the Celestrian and make it a dom squad in an immolator that you could outflank into a gun line, Where do you put the Canonness? if you put her in a ret squad and give her a storm bolter that could work. What are your tactics associated with your list?

Thanks - first time using the army and was good fun - hmm tactics - get close and melta things seemed to be the main thing as his army was all shut up in transports and tanks.

forgot a few things as usual but killed lots of guard so thats alright ....

I had the Cannoness in with a Dom Squad - drove up and blew away a Leman Russ and then absorbed pretty much the whole Imeprial Guards gunline before expiring givng the rest of the army time to get close and Melta lots of things.

I felt the same way but Jacobus and Kyr are just great force multipliers for the girls that you cant overlook. And it allows you to take the DCA squads that are just alot of fun to run.
