Thinking of a mixed WWP and Raider list, using a bit of CC punch with powerful short to mid ranged support

255 Haemonculusx3 Webway Portalx3
Archon 170 Huskblade, Soul Trap, Combat Drugs, PGL, Shadowfield
110 Incubix5
108 Truebornx4 Blasterx4
108 Truebornx4 Blasterx4
216 Warriorx9 Blaster, Sybarite, PGL, Power Weapon, Raider, Night Shields, Flickerfield
216 Warriorx9 Blaster, Sybarite, PGL, Power Weapon, Raider, Night Shields, Flickerfield
216 Warriorx9 Blaster, Sybarite, PGL, Power Weapon, Raider, Night Shields, Flickerfield
125 Ravager Night Shields, Flickerfield
165 Razorwing Night Shields, Flickerfield
165 Razorwing Night Shields, Flickerfield

Any glaring weaknesses?

This list is all over the place and really doesn't function together very well. From the top:

Haemonculi are generally your best choice to deliver Portals, but you have basically nothing meaningful to bring through them. 5 Incubi + Archon eats maybe one unit of Marines before dying, assuming you get the charge from the Portal (which is a long shot), and 2 units of Trueborn are going to be obvious targets. You are presumably leaving the FNP token with the Warriors, which isn't exactly a great place for it. Three Portals is way too many, this list has 3 lowish threat units which barely needs a single Portal to come through let alone 3. Portals are useful because they let you bring assault units which can't be shot before they hit combat, particularly ones which can't be given transports (Beasts, Harlies, Grotesques) and because they can also save you points on transports (i.e if you have more than one unit in reserve per portal you save points, 1 Portal per unit and you might as well just buy a transport for 25pts more). This list doesn't really use either of these two advantages.

You have sunk some serious points into your Archon, but he is still always going to be a T3 character with only S3 most of the time and you don't have a particularly big unit around him to keep him shielded from high S hits. He is going to be particularly vulnerable to being torrented out of the unit by Multilasers/Scatter Lasers etc.

5 Incubi is enough to kill 5 Marines, but don't expect much more than that since they aren't that durable even with the 3+ save. The bigger issue is that they aren't really that fast, 13-18" charge which gets slowed (and seriously crippled) by terrain isn't much of a threat range. Harlies would do the job better since they aren't slowed by terrain at all, alternatively Beasts or Hellions (need the Baron though) hit almost as hard and are much faster.

Blasterborn are solid, but tbh they would be more helpful in transports and doing damage from turn 1. By bringing them through the Portal you are very much at the mercy of reserve rolls, if they don't show up you don't have anywhere near enough anti tank (this list is light on anti tank firepower as it is).

Warriors are not assault units and there is no way to make them viable in this role. They have rapid fire weapons and only 1 attack at S3, stick to being a shooting unit. The Sybarite, PGL and certainly the Power Weapon can disappear and you save 120pts, almost enough for another unit of Warriors with Blaster. Similarly taking more than 5 guys isn't particularly helpful, 5 gets you the Blaster and the Splinter Rifles are nice but not that impressive that you take more than you need (unless you go to 10 strong for the Lance). One of the most obvious issues with this list is it only has 3 scoring units, which is certainly on the light side for 1850. Most DE 2000pt lists have all 6 troop slots filled, at 1850 I would expect 4-5.

Both Ravagers and Razorwings are viable units, but Razorwings really require the list to be adjusted slightly for them to work effectively. You don't have anywhere to make up the reduced anti tank firepower from taking a Razorwing over a Ravager, you don't have enough units to box people in to restrict their movement and keep them bunched up and you don't have Shock Prows anywhere to help bunch people up to maximise the damage from the Missiles.

In short this list needs some work. A fully tuned Dark Eldar list would comfortably beat this, and all the tough matchups like Mech Guard, Razorspam and Psyriflemen Spam will smash you to pieces.
