Craftworld Shiareen

Shiareen was a world in what would have been the centre of the Eldar empire, not far from the native planet of the Eldar, it was ruled by noble families of warriors that prided in their warring and their conquests, that was until many of them parted to the far corners of the eldar space in search of more glory,leaving the world exposed and therefore being taken over and subsequently ruled by farseers that came from the Eldar home world, bringing with them all the Hedonistic ways of the Eldar those days, but the nature of most of the Eldar in the world prevented them from following that path of inglorious damnation, many of the inhabitants of Shiareen openly hated the farseers and despised their ways.

Sieyri grunted while he stormed out of the chamber, for now there wasn't anything that could be done but he would return, indeed, to rule over Shiareen and return it's full glory as it once had been.


But now there were far more pressing matters to deal with, It would take a lot of organization to get as many Eldar as possible into the starship, and he was certain they wouldn't give him any more time, the ship would have to be expanded,and quickly. On top of that there were those despicable farseer that had asked to go with them, and carried nothing but apocalyptic predictions, they were no good either, just as corrupt and useless as the ones that stayed behind.

10 millennia have past since and the now craftworld hasn't been in the main scene mainly because the dynasty of kings, the Alithien that have since controlled the craftworld have preferred to wait, preparing for war, a war on their terms, but now that they have finally ended there self imposed quasi exile, precisely the day where their exile should have ended they began a crusade to reestablish the Eldar Empire, somewhere in the southern part of the Segmentus Tempestus the eldar of Shiareen control the transformation of some non populated worlds to jungles of abundance, but of course not all the worlds they encounter will be non populated...


Since the years after the establishment of Shiareena the system has standed ,the Kings, the Alithien all have been great warriors which have led the people of Shiareen , advising the kings is the council's role.

Unlike other craftworlds the council is formed by a diverse group, the little remaining Farseer form part of it although they are very frowned upon in the craftworld, also forming part of it are the Warlocks, much more relied upon as they have proven their valor, having followed at least once the path of the warrior; but the bulk of the council is formed by those that follow the Path of Command, the most renown heroes of the craftworld they are and
they often lead their people in battle, the most famous of them being the Lord Autarchs, many in Shiareen end up following the Path of Command but little get lost in the Path of the Warrior, as there are so many shrines, so many ways of getting glory that they won't be content withj ust one aspect of warfare. Last but not least are the citizens of Shiareen, all civilian paths have some representation in the council.


In the last thousand years the slow and steady growth of the population of Shiareen, most of the followers of civilian paths wanting to bore descendency so that they can contribute to the glory of Shiareen, combined with the fact that the number of Eldar that accompanied Sieiry in the first diaspora was very high made it necessary to buildtwo more ships to host all of the inhabitants of Shiareen; the twin ships being Alean and Marg.


The followers of the path of the warrior are so many that the craftworld won't deploy any civilians even under extreme conditions, they'd rather wake up their ancestors which would gladly fight for the preservation and glory of Shiareen. The craftworld is greatly known for an abnormal hostility towards psykers, they have been noted to act with little cordiality towards eldar farseers from other craftworlds.


Right now the current king is Anahariel Alithien, and even though the Kings are literally successors of the previousone they all reside within the kings Armour, just like it happens with an exarch.


For the disgrace of the nobles of Shiareen Anahariel's own brother, Anarklaxas is currently following the Path of the Farseer; even though his acts of courage are indisputable some voices have started to rumor about the intention of Anarklaxas to overthrow Anahariel.
