I have a P&M Blog. I just bought a second army. Can I start a second P&M Blog for the second army, or do I instead just add it to my existing one, despite it not being connected?

Yeh I think if you made one that's specific it wouldn't hurt to have another. Up to you really, you can make the existing one more general and cover more.

There is nothing wrong with starting separate blogs for different projects.

Just to add to that, i hear that one big blog compiling all of your stuff will get more attention and more replies. So it's basically a choice between more hits or obsessive compulsive tidiness. Ocdftw!
