Is the Deathstorm drop pod only for apoc games or can it be used in a standard W40k Game?

Reason I'm asking the newer IA books marks a W40K label on units you can use in standard games like the contemptor dreadnought.
but this drop pod has no rules when it can be used as far I'm aware of. I also noticed it was called deathwind, but has changed name and stats.
Model is sold via Forge world as Deathstorm.

Some insight would be great.

Every game is opponents permission

If you ask for, and receive permission to use, a model, you can use said model / ruleset

So tournaments - read their rulepack, and see if it grants you permission to use said model.

For casual opponents - ask them directly

And so on.
