Hey guys, I got a question for you. I bought some of the awesome Dark Art Miniatures Lava Bases for my Necrons and I would like to use the 60mm bases for my flyers and Destroyer Lord. It's the first time I'm doing this so I don't know how to drill a hole on the base. Which tool to use, do I paint the base and drill or I drill then paint?
Need your advises on this one, thanks.
For those interested by this product, review of the bases here : http://40ktravel.blogspot.com/

Drill then paint...

I would also recommend useing a pin vise and a appropriate size drill bit.

I would also recommend checking out the Forgecraft line of lava bases.

I'd also say start with a bit smaller than the peg on the stand, then test how it fits before making it bigger repeating until you get a firm hold.
