I have been using the warriors of the last alliance for my death cult assassin for about a year now. The models are GW models and fully legal as far as i can tell.
Problem is i am starting to not like the look of them. I also think the GW models for assassins are silly so that isn't an option.
I was thinking about using Dark Eldar Incubi as counts as.

Any thoughts on why a TO wouldn't allow this?

Don't see why this wouldn't be allowed as long as conversions are OK.

I was thinking more about Wyches for the same purpose... Incubi's gear is quite different from DCAs'. I can see someone argue it's not WYSIWYG compliant, in fact.

Wyches are the standard counts-as, sometimes daemonettes depending on army theme.

I was kind of thinking the same thing. There armor saves though could easily be based as incubi armor. As far as weapons count one of the official GW models only has a two hander so it could be legitimate arguement that it is there speed that counts it as two power weapons.

I occasionally run tournaments locally and we are pretty lax on counts as, as long as there is no question what it is. They would really stand out so would be hard to agure that it would confuse your opponent.

The wytches that i saw all had a CCW and pistol. That wouldn't be WYSIWYG. Are there other versions that have just CCWs?

Basic converting, honestly. Just cut off the pistol hand, replace with a sword hand or whatever.

Ok, i thought you meant straight over they would work. I thought about harliquin also, i like those models, i just dont' think they fit with the theme of grey knights though.

There's also at least one mini with a pair of CCWs.

But, yeah, they don't really have a death cult vibe, in my opinion

They're just a popular choice because they're lithe, dangerous women in spandex with close combat weapons.

Regarding the conversions (replacing the splinter pistols), if you've got some GKs, you certainly have a few Nemesis falchions lying somewhere...
