If a mini is affected by mindshackle Scarabs, does it make a Ld test with 3D6, discarding the lowest, or a Ld test with 3D6, keeping the three ?

You add all three.
Read the codex, does it say "Roll 3d6" or "roll 3d6 and discard the lowest"?

Yes, that why I thought I had to add the three, but as I can't think of another trick that make ld test with 3 dice, I was not sure.
