I feel that the bloodcrushers are worth there pts more than paladins are. So my question what do you think is better?

It's apples and oranges honestly. Do Bloodcrushers have fleet? I think they don't count as cavalry, but a speed bonus would definitely put them over Paladins.

As a daemon player, I say Paladins (if you're putting the two units head to head). Bloodcrushers are evil things (especially with Fateweaver support) but Pallies get Nemesis Force Weapons that will strike first (in Halberd form)... let alone the damage that 2 psycannons can cause...

As a stand alone and equal squad size id give the edge to the crushers.

Need some context, as 'whats better bloodcrusher or paladins' basically means who would win in a fight, and the answer is Paladins.
Bloodcrushers are pretty killy, but only really seem to be in lists with Fateweaver, which is basically Daemon players saying you need that 333 points to make the Bloodcrushers worth while, which then means Paladins probably are better point for point generally. But then I suppose Paladins are better when troops, so need 275 point Draigo, and are also better with Librarian so thats another near 200 points.

There is no 'better' really, its personal opinion, ok you can mathhammer stuff, but its going to be pretty complicated to get an answer to your question.

Paladins don't scare me at all. in fact I would take them over bloodcrushers any day having gone against Fatecrusher I will say that army is the scariest one I have ever played. Not to mention my opponent always rolling really well so I literally can't do anything other then shoot and hope he rolls bad. after that its out of my hands.
