As I understand it, the Necrons do not have any feelings, only the highest ranking ones kept a piece of their personality and ofcourse destroyers, who probably hate even their own kind. But hsould the Necrons meet Eldar on the battlefield, I think some spark of hatred would be ignited inside even the lowest Necrons, as Eldar are partly responsible for their lost souls. How do you think both sides would react if they met face to face on the field of battle ???
IMO:
Necrons: " Paybaaaaaack!!!"
Eldar: " DO'H!"

The lower tiers of necrons dont retain anything from their previous life, so no. Higher ranking ones. No doubt. Theres definitely a feeling of hatred and rivalry there.

No, they aren't emotionless. Even the lowest of warriors still have a glimmer of emotionless, though just enough to live in perpetual torture wishing for their an end.
The highest ranking Necrons (and the Crypteks, since they made the bodies) have full sentience and the full range of emotion. though they do tend to be cold and calculating, due to their varying degrees of psychosis this can switch off at the drop of a hat. Even their greatest leader, emotionless and calculating 99% of the time, suddenly turns into a gloating, mustache twirling villain the moment he has his enemies on the ropes (as that is the nature of his particular psychosis).
As for the Eldar, they really weren't involved when the Necrontyr made their sacrifice. The Old Ones where handling the Necrontyr easily before the C'Tan got involved, and once the C'Tan were involved and the transformation was made we get every indication that the Necron considered the lesser races little more than pests.
Then the Necrons spent themselves against the C'Tan, greatly weakening themselves, and suddenly those weak races were a real threat, so they decided to wait them out.
Some may hold a grudge over this, others still consider them insects. It just depends on the lord.

The Codex says that the Warriors are little more than subservient robots, somewhat similar to the Wraith. Probably the only emotion/desire they feel is to return to their bodies, and that only faintly.
p. 8 of the Codex:
"For these tortured creatures, death would be far preferable but, alas, the no longer have the wit to realize it."
This seems to indicate, to me at least, that they aren't tortured souls, just...robots. But don't worry, they'll be back

Certain Necrons, per Fall of Damnos, where never even once gifted with an original Necrontyr...soul. From the book we learn that a basic warrior is no less a construct then a scarab or spyder, when the first two are created out of Leman Russ tanks that are swarmed by scarabs. For this reason I would see warriors as having absolutely no emotion in even the most basic of senses, with all the planning and calculation going on in only the highest tiers of Necrons, being Lords, Crypteks, and Praetorians

As to the original topic, I think the Necrons hold less of a grudge against the Eldar, than the other way around. I think the Necrons really perceive the Eldar as almost unworthy of their attention. So it's more like:
 "Perish soulless children of Hell!!!"
"Yeah, sure, we'll get right on that for ya..."

Considering what the 5th codex stated about warriors being pathetic things that if they had more intelligence, would beg to be destroyed, I have a theory. In Damnos, perhaps the "construct warriors" arent as good as the real thing or maybe temporary in life-span, this fits the book AND the codex pretty well. Only a few TW would have this tech(the codex states Damnos woke up VERY fast as opposed to centuries, so maybe ALL necrons have this ability but they are still in "snooze" mode so they dont realize it.....YET

This would make sense. If they were made from Imperial tanks, they won't even consist of Necron material. They'll just be robots.

We know that scarabs have some way of manufacturing necrodermis, as they can create an entire swarm of themselves starting out with only one and some metal. We do not know, however, if they can also perfectly recreate Necron programming so it is entirely possible these new warriors were faulty to a degree. The only issue is that we cannot confirm for or against this theory because after the warriors were created the book really gives no further detail on them

Ergo, Hope is evil, and you should stop having it, but you can't have despair because then Nurgle gets a free ride. You could be angry about this, but that'd just get Khorne's jollies off. And heck you can't even get your own jollies off without Slaanesh giggling and farting out some daemons. And if you manage to avoid all that, some genestealers might infiltrate your planet and bring a hive fleet crashing down on you any way. |

Well, pariahs doesn't really fit with the Necrom MO at the moment. However, it is still possible that they may exist, there's just not as many as before.
In the necron codex, there is that picture from the 3rd ed codex with the nightbringer and pariahs stabbing people. If pariahs were truly removed, then that picture wouldn't be in there.

Perhaps there is a way to "store" the sentience of a warrior when its body is destroyed? Another body is made for the soul and it is transported into the new body to fight once more.
