But product-wise what should I add from the BA choices to build up a newly bought blood Angels battleforce to 1850 points?. I do want try & go jumpy, BUT I have no objection to tactical squads etc.

The only thing missing from the battleforce due to it being traded was the rhino, but I've added a SR to the army I do plan on picking up Astorath the Grim very soon

Assault marines...
I mean...
The tactical marines are okay in the BA codex.
But the assault marines can be so much better...

Assault Marines with melta guns are the bee's knees.

I'm not sure that I'd want to end up fielding an all jump spamming army though...

I play against a lot Assault packing BAs. Its pretty brutal. If you get the charge of with a Sang Priest then its the the bomb.com. And add some Meltas? Winning.

Interestingly enough, most armies I've seen at my FLGS playing Blood Angels do Assault Marines with no jump packs, using either razorbacks or land raiders at discount prices for transports. They tend to work pretty well.
