Quick question.
I know troops need to stay within 2 inches of each other for coherency, but what if I have a squad of 3 vehicles, whether they be walkers or skimmers or tanks. Do they need to stay within 2 inches of each other, or can they split off from each other?

If your vehicles are a squadron they need to stick together but it is 4" for vehicles.

Pretty sure you can only have a squadron of specific types of vehicles and it is noted as such in the Codex

Yep, any time you can have a squadron it will specifically state, or note |"1 - X" in the unit composition.

right, I knew about the types in the squad, I just wasnt sure about how close they had to be.
