A few things:
Master of the Runes is an outright waste of points. It is never worth it. Ever.
Rune Priests are more useful on the Offensive than the Defensive. That 24" nullification zone is just too good of a support tool to protect your troops from enemy psykers.
Meltaguns would serve you better in a Drop Pod than Plasma Guns if you only have the one Drop Pod. That one Drop Pod has to come in on Turn 1 so its more an Offensive Weapon than anything else. Claiming an objective straight away doesn't mean you will keep it for 5+ turns, especially if your one squad is by itself.
Power Fists are never worth the points on Grey Hunters. Ever. For 3 more points that Grey Hunter could be a Wolf Guard and he'd have a Combi-Melta and use the Power Fist better, AND he'd give the squad Leadership 9. This is why people take Wolf Guard all the time. Its just the better choice point for point.
There are only two types of weapons: Anti-Tank and Anti-Infantry. Some weapons can do double duty and do both, but that's the core of it. Long Fangs can split fire. So you can do half and half. But your Multi-Melta won't do anything the entire game unless the enemy is being foolish. A Missile Launcher would serve you better. Most people use the same ranged weapons as well, but you'd have Anti-Infantry at 36" and Anti-Tank at 48" if you replace the Multi-Melta with the Missile Launcher. Most people will still tell you to stack all the same weapon for some perceived efficiency, but unless you do it with Missile Launchers there is no point to worry at it. Just really, replace that Multi-Melta on the Long Fangs with a Missile Launcher.
Also, take more Long Fangs! You can have 6/squad and you can have more squads. You should take more squads. Or give them a TLLC Razorback. Some more ranged suppressing fire would be useful. The Predator can be shaken to prevent it from shooting, but you can't do that to Long Fangs.
Every Grey Hunter pack should have a special weapon, even if its just a Flamer.
Your Dreadnought is fine. I run one just like that actually, though usually he's Venerable as well. Don't take Dreadnoughts often but he's what I use when I do.
Your Grey Hunters on foot should be 10 man if they are the only ones on foot.
You should consider taking a Rhino or two so you can put your Rune Priest in it. He can shoot out the top hatch with his psychic powers, and he'll be more protected.
At 1000 points the list probably doesn't perform too badly, but its not scaleable. I'd try to mech up each of your squads. At 1000 points you can easily get away with no Wolf Guard (I wouldn't bother with them until you have 4 squads; 3 Grey Hunter and 1 Wolf Scout usually. The Rune Priest can lead one pack). But I'd try to fill out some of your Grey Hunter packs or put more in vehicles. The Drop Pod for example would be better with a 5 man GH squad with a Meltagun and you'd be better walking your 10 man with double Plasma.
Really consider replacing the multi-melta on your Long Fangs. Good players will give you few opportunities to actually use it, and chances are when you can something horrible is happening.
