Now this is the kind of tournament where you have to bring your A+ game otherwise you'll be trounced and dragged in the mud I assume? I might just attend so I want to know what to exactly expect.

Yes. You play your best. However, Divide and Conquer and
character restriction means you'll have to make careful choices.
If there are four rounds, you might want to pocket your best list
because you might feel like you need to use it for that fourth
round only to realize you've already used the list twice.

If I didn't already have my vacation weeks planned out I would consider going, just for the experience really. Looks like a fun few days.

It doesn't hurt that Seattle is a fantastic place.

Actually, I think I spend more time sight-seeing than playing with
my little mans.

Man I wish I could go to this. The panels alone look like they would be amazing even if I never played a single game all weekend.
