This Is a scratch built Mad Dok Grotsnik HQ model made by our uncle for our Ork army
He made it using left over parts from our box of Ork boys and some Space Marine parts

so Is this like The Dok early in to his self modifications? he seems much more robotic in his profile pic in the codex

You could touch up his gun-arm a little bit to make him look better.
