I plan to put the jump pack captain with the asualt squad and the other captain with the tactical squad. The terminators wil deap strike and then the chaplain will join them. the stern guards will get close in thiere razorback and then provide suport.

You seem to be a little unfocused with your list. You aren't taking advantage of some of the better units BA has.

Librarians make great HQ choices, captains not so much. Depending on your local meta you might want to look at different load out for your troop choices. An assaut squad with a PF and 2 x Melta is a standard load out for anti-mech lists and a PW and 2 x Flamer for anti-horde lists.

5 man assault squads in a razorback is also a great choice

If you are going to take Sternguard, I would recommend taking a Rhino rather than a Razorback. The rihno will at least offer a bit of protection and still allow the sternguard to shoot.
