Would someone be able to tell me when units can rally : Specifically if a unit is broken during player A's first turn, can it rally in player B's first turn or must he wait till his 2nd turn?

Thanks

A unit which wishes to rally must do so in their own Movement phase. I believe during Compulsory Moves, but it could be Remaining...

If you have a fleeing unit Rally Fleeing troops will happen pretty much as your first action of your turn.

Expect my posts to have a bazillion edits. I miss out letters, words, sometimes even entire sentences in my points and posts.

As Dragon said above, Rally fleeing troops occurs during the compulsory phase of movement. This is after stupidity checks, charge declarations, resolving those charges, etc.

I suggest you don't believe anything posted by thedarkavenger unless confirmed by other regular posters here at Dakka. He has shown he is incapable of basic English comprehension.

So, to answer the OP's question, you only rally your units in your turn. So in Player A's turn he rallies his units while Player B just watches. Then in Player B's turn he rallies his units while Player A just watches.

“We may observe that the government in a civilized country is much more expensive than in a barbarous one; and when we say that one government is more expensive than another, it is the same as if we said that that one country is farther advanced in improvement than another. To say that the government is expensive and the people not oppressed is to say that the people are rich.”
