Oh noes!

First thing is first: Get rid of those upgrade costs! If you look at other Army Lists on Dakka you'll see they just list the unit totals, not the upgrade costs.

And now for getting the list in line:

1) Mark of the Wulfen is pretty useless on not only the Thunderwolves but also on the Wolf Lord as this replaces just about everything you're armed with.

2) If you have a Lord on a Thunderwolf, the only thing he should be putting on them is close combat equipment, especially if they have Saga of the Warrior Born.

3) Storm shields are a must more than anything as these big guys will be the biggest target on most people's agendas. Look to increase their sturdiness as much as possible (Saga of the Bear and Majesty come to mind, one to mitigate instant death, the other Leadership modifiers that could cause you're 700 point unit to run)

4) Skyclaws have no place in a Thunderwolf List. You need to support your close combat elements as much as possible, going too much for close combat leaves you open. Replace these guys with a pair of Typhoon Land Speeders. With the other squadron, just take Typhoons. Your infantry mulching ability will be taken care of with Thunderwolves.

5) 2 Troops is really too thin at 2000 points, add in the fact that they're in Drop Pods and you have another problem. If you're taking Drop Pods, have at minimum 5. With 5 Drop Pods, you have 3 coming on turn 1.

6) Long Fangs...take another pack...to afford this, replace the Dreadnought with another Long Fang pack.

7) Lone Wolf isn't doing much for you, save his points for necessary upgrades.

8) Plasma Pistols are a no go for Thunderwolves. Don't do it, just don't. You'll want to have at most 4 Thunderwolves, with at least 2 of them having Storm Shields. Your Wolf Lords will take care of the I5 and 4 stuff so don't bother with a Wolf Claw or anything like that, spend the Points on a Thunderhammer or Power Fist and enjoy the S10 brutality.

These are just some food for thought. The list has promise but it needs a lot of work.

multiply this exact squad by 2 or 3 and that's a pretty solid setup in just about any SW army list.

***Missile launchers; cheap, versatile, long range, threatens anything, good stuff.

I strongly feel that Dreads and Lone Wolves should be run in pairs for max effectiveness.

I think that you should probably drop both of them and the skyclaws for a second unit of TWC, and that you should drop the first unit to 4. This will give you two deathstars

MotW really is a waste of points for thunderwolves...especially on a Lord. He would need a really good roll to beat his base attacks...and he already has rending. I much prefer the Frost ax/storm shield combo. I also think they both need the wolf tooth necklace.

I'm also unclear as to why you don't have any special weapons on your GH squads...for 5 points you can have two meltaguns. I think that the Drop pods are a poor choice for this list...rhinos are the same points.

Overall, I like the basis of this list and where you are going with it, but some of these choices just don't quite fit it, IMO.

Unholy_Martyr pretty much nailed it, as usual.

I would add that your Grey Hunters would serve you better in Rhinos (which can screen the TWC from enemy shooting). Wolf Standards are a must when you hit 8+ models. Also, as a rule of thumb, 1 Troop per 500 points works best. You definitely don't want less than 3 at 2000 points.

Personally I think you are spending too many points on your TWC as well. I find 3 models on Thunderwolves is adequate most of the time. Two units of 3 would be fairly hard. More than that and you start gimping yourself. For example, more ranged firepower wouldn't hurt.
