Captain Salta put his fist through the wall. He was an imposing figure normally, never leaving his terminator armor, and never far away from his thunder hammer and storm shield.
“WHAT DO YOU MEAN THEY TOOK THE APARTMENT BUILDING? I PUT 10 MARINES IN THERE, 10 MARINES SHOULD BE ABLE TO HOLD OUT AGAINST THIS ENTIRE PATHETIC SPECIES!” He roared at the courier who had brought him the news that an apartment building on the left half of Reaper Hive. His brain burned at the thought of these pathetic ‘Chemosaurs’ as the common name for them had become. They were large reptilian beasts with long scythe-like arms and the ability to fire poison globs of acid out of their mouths. They spoke in a series of clicks that was nigh on untranslatable, but the World Eaters were unperturbed by that part.
“I’m terribly sorry sir, what should I do, do you want me to send more marines to cleanse it?” The courier asked, not visibly terrified by the captain’s rage, which is why he still had his job as a courier.
“WHAT I WANT IS COMPETANT MARINES, BRING ME MY HONOR GUARD!” Salta shouted, lifting the captain and holding him inches away from his screaming mouth.
“Yes sir.” The courier said, managing an awkward salute despite Salta’s arms blocking his path. The courier rushed down the hall to get his captain’s personal retinue as Salta donned his helmet and grabbed his weapons.


So, you are the honor guard. Simple process here: Step 1- Make a character. It can be anything you want, not only a world eater, or even a space marine for that matter. If you give it a good reason to be on the same side as Salta, idc. Example Character:

Appearance- Never leaves his TDA, clean shaven, blue eyes.
Personality- Quick to anger, doesn't believe in the superiority of SM, thinks position should be based on skill, not just luck in becoming a SM.
Weapons and Armor- Thunder Hammer, Storm Shield, Terminator Armor OR Assault Cannon, Power Fist, Cyclone Missile Launcher, Terminator Armor, depending on what the mission calls for

Gladiator champion Tendro - the legion champion. Loathed by some of his fellows as he didn't join angron's slave army, he's short, squat and a viscious brawler. Only reason that he's still alive is that salta realises he has skill. Fights with double headed chain axe and plasma pistol. calm but guilt ridden. Hates the blood angels with a passion and admires the brutality of perturabo's legion. Scar on his left eye from an incident with a blood angel captain but doesn't trust bionics after the butchers nails. Wears a battered suit of mk4 which he paints the names of fallen comerades on in enemy blood. Left leg servos seize up occasionally due to an Ork choppa blow. Hope you like it.

Brother-Apothecary Allessandro
Appearance: Mark III Iron Armour
Personality: A skilled surgeon and practitioner of the World Eaters barbaric psycho surgery, he despises the fact that the legion wastes his talents by performing mundane tasks such as collecting gene seed and treatment of fallen battle brothers. Like most World Eaters, Allessandro lives for combat and would rather charge into melee than supporting allies often compromising the mission and his battle brothers. When in combat, he often loses himself in battle and will attack friend or foe with equal brutality.
Weapons and armour: Narthecium, Reductor, Eviscerator, Bolt Pistol, MK III Iron Armour.

Appearence : Unknown; always seen in full Mark II Crusade Armor with extra plates of armor attached to weak points
Weapons : A heavy bolt pistol with a and a double headed power axe
Personality : Unlike most of his brothers Revre prefers a more neutral posture in battle and prefers to support his brothers in combat. Revre has better tactical understanding than most of his brothers and commonly leads his squad should the sergeant be slain or incapacitated.

Weapons : Twin-Linked Boltgun and Relic Blade
Personality: Acting as a veteran advisor to Salta, Revre is a ruthless and headstrong Ex-Justaerin of the Luna Wolves Legion. Revre offers some tactical advice being a veteran of centruies of some of the most blood battles during the crusade. Revre Prefers to unload his boltgun into weaker troops and then kill the more honorable and stronger enemies in hand-to-hand battler

Which character shoudl i use? A Luna Wolf could add more dynamics but a more sane W.E. would too

I think that a LW would be best in this situation, Salta is sane if loud

Appearance: Light brown hair, clean shaven, blue eyes. Scout armour.
Wargear: Scout Armour, Camo cloak, Sniper Rifle, bolt pistol and close combat weapon
Personality: Patient, calm.Unlike most World Eaters Arshak does not have the Butcher's nails as he views them as being detrimental to his job. Believes in storing his rage whilst behind enemy lines until it is time to release it upon the enemy. Acting as the forward eyes and ears of Salta's mission.

Appearance: Long black hair, brown eyes. Mk3 Power Armour
Wargear: Power Armour, Rocket Launcher, Bolt Pistol, Close Combat Weapon.
Personality: Marcel is a Battle Brother of the Emperor's Children. He is very proud to be in his Devastator squad. He is a perfectionist, getting annoyed when his accuracy with his gun is not satisfactory. He distrusts some legions such as the Ultramarines and the Salamanders.
