Ok so I just got my codex and this this my list I'm gonna run 2 starter kits and I'm pretty much all done on modles.

That puts it at like 1875 so I'd have to trim some points. My plan is to hit them in waves you have the scarbs and wraiths hit first.
The arks both move up with the 20 warriors repairing the walking 20 if shot at. And the barges just cranking out 6 plus shots each a turn.its a troop storing list 4 scoring units lots in total. The overlord ges with the immortals giving them relentless. The lord with the orb is in the 20 strong unit. The other lords in the ark. So whats everyone think? Warrior seem to be good being able to glance anything, scarbs are just nasty VHS armour and some wraits for some close combat goodness.

No, no love. The forum has seen too many.

However, I will help. The list is ok. But at 1850, you will be facing some big armies. Your scarabs will be first to go, even with a 3+ cover.

The wraiths will stick in there, but eventually die to massed small arms fire at close range. Where does that leave you for AT? The Wraiths will get 1 assault and in 1850 you may be facing upwards of 6 tanks, usually with a LR. The 3 war-scythes are ok, but you will waste a turn of shooting to assault with them. Also, while the Anni are ok against light transports, but those dedicated heavy support tanks will defeat you. Gauss fire will only get you so far. IMO, the relentless is wasted on the immortals. They can take carbines and advance as normal. The unit of 20 warriors can do a lot better with the Overlord.

I would trade off the lords in the court for a "Surflord" (an overlord with a scythe in a CCB)
After this I would pay for the overlord to get a res orb and drop the units in arks down to 8.

I would then pay for 2 different royal courts with 3 Herald of Destruction with 1 or 2 Solar Pulses.

These will give your scarabs time to get in position. The lances that the Heralds have will function as ranged AT. Trim some fat and you have a solid list. Make sure you remember the CCB's sweep attacks.

Also, they are just shiny space zombies with guns.

not a fan of lords. i like dual Olords on barges. far more deadlier. A lord is 1 wound from death.

ok, but not really needed with all the warriors. offensive = immortals. holding objectives = cheap warrior units going to ground.

if you gave the wraiths 3 whips, 2 pistols and 1 with nothing it is a far better way to play wound allocation for the same price.

good. but not good.

In a nut shell; Your list has excellent anti personnel firepower but...very very little anti tank firepower. Sure there is gauss but really that is only ok at 12 in or less for rapid fire. But the transports holding the assault troops will nail you at that range when they disembark. You need to kill tanks at 15 inches away (2in deploy when you destroy it + they 6 in move + 6 in assault). Otherwise you are dead.

Pharon has done nothing for me. I never take it.

Annis are ok but at -1 to damage and medium range wont do much/last long vs other tanks.

swap the lords and at least 10 warrios for cryps with lances and a solar pulse. this is mandatory to give the wraiths and scarabs a chance to get close. a second barge lord will do wonders. 3 attacks in movement then can dismount and assault the tank whilst the barge shoots at the rear/side of a third tank. 2 of them can kill/disable 6 tanks if you are lucky.

After a revise of the list seems it is troop low count and has like very wry little surival if they get into close combat compared to my last but more anti tank for sure.

1850 on the dot.

This better or worse this list there only 20 troops total thought. Maybe only 1 Ccb overlord and 1 squad of 3 heralds and fill the rest with more troops. Let me know what you think about this 1.

I'd like to see that warrior unit relentless too. I'd also like to see some more str 8 or 9 shots.
