For the curious: Army Builder lists vehicles as a member of the squad it is dedicated to. So when you see a unit of Boys with 13 in the header of the entry, it's actually 11 boys, 1 nob, and a trukk.

I don't use army builder, and have never seen anything like it, but even I can tell that the '13' is including the Trukk, simply because the first column for each unit is called '#' and the value is how many of that model is included; in those units of 13 you have 11 boys, 1 nob, and 1 trukk.
Perfectly legal.
