I'm willing to have a 3 Carnifexes brood, all armed with Scything Talons, TL Devourers and Adrenal Glands, but I think I've not seen any Devourer arms on the Carnifex sprues I've seen... On the other hand, I've red somewhere that those arms do appear in the sprue, but only 2 (so Dakkafexes with 2 TL Devourers need an extras sprue)...

Could you please inform me about, exactly, what stuff comes into the Carnifex box? Do those Devourers come inside? Thanks in advance! ^^

Yes, you get one set of MC devourers, which means you need to either buy bits or use two sprues to get a dakkafex.

Arming them with 1 set and a set of ST can work out of the box.

Weapon options that come with a carnifex include:
1 pair of crushing claws
2 pairs of scything talons
1 pair of devourers
1 pair of deathspitters
1 stranglethorn cannon
1 heavy venom cannon

And also a bio-plasma head if you want to count that.

Gaunt devourers are actually the same size as the carnifex devourers. Just the arm holding the carnifex ones is a lot bigger.
So a common conversion to make dakkafexes is to cut the guns off the deathspitter arms and replace them with gaunt devourers.

Great then! I was also going to give TL Devourers to my Hive Tyrant (which don't come in its box), so I can get them from my Gaunts and Carnifexes. Many thanks! ^^
