Well after having my guard for a few weeks they are a great codex but not my style. so I want to sell the entire army.

Retail value is about $1200 without tax

I Have:

about 50 basic guardsmen (I am sure I have more just gotta find em)

11 plasma guardsmen ( some are the kasrkin models)

9 melta gun guardsmen (some are kasrkin models)

5 flamers (about 5 more flamer arms with flamer)

2 grenade launchers (enough bits to make about 7 more) (kasrkin models)


6 heavy bolter weapon team bases (the old style where the guy is sitting)

6 las cannon heavy weapon team bases

6 auto cannon heavy weapon team bases

SGT models I have

8 with chain swords

8 with power weapons

2 power fists.

1 commissar.

about 20 Kasrkins.



Tanks.

3 sentinels with 3 auto cannons (can be taken off for 3 flamers or 3 multi lasers)

2 vendettas (forgeworld conversion kits)

4 russ tank hulls that includes:

2 battle cannon turrets
2 demolisher cannon turrets
1 forgeworld executioner turret.

and the bits to swap their side weapons with multi meltas plasma cannons and heavy bolters.

2 Chimeras 1 chimera body can be swapped out to put in a custom made hydra top or medusa top)

then I have a chimera body that can also do as above but it does not have the top to make it a chimera.




no carry case.

about 70% of the army is painted and based to basic table top standard.
(pictures does not show the entire army but most of it)

Wait, wait. You bought all of that in a few weeks, and you're already going to sell it?

I traded for them and repainted them for a tournament. had 2 major victories and 1 tie =[

I am not sure why you would sell that army, do you mind if I ask why?

Is the retail really $1200? I sense a difference but Im so tired atm >.<

Guard don't fit my style. to many mixed units makes it a little annoying to place them on the table (mainly for tournament play).

and yeah the retail is about that I am sure its more with tax.

each vendetta is $81 retail because of the forgeworld kits.

the 4 russ tanks alone are $198 (not counting the forgeworld executioner)

18 total heavy weapon teams are $232.5

thats $592.5 alone with 0 tax included.

still have all the special weapons 5 boxes of imperial guard infantry.
the other tanks/walkers etc etc


I was thinking the $700 range to be fair?

700 isn't a bad number to start with. Considering they appear to be setup as a basic Cadian scheme, people won't bitch about how they're painted.

Besides...you've got the general IG loadout in it's entirety. Anyone with this army can run any of the popular lists or screw around with something strange if they want to.

I'd say 700, it'll suck getting someone to pay that on Dakka, but Ebay? There are plenty of people with disposable income that would take the army. Hell, I'd take it to supplement my current army...I just don't have the 7 bills to throw at something like this.

Hmm I got $1000 retail, with margin of error to $1050

Does the battle force heavy teams let you make the lass cannon and auto cannons? I honestly don't know plus there is a basilisk body with a Medusa made top and a hydra made top. Most of the plasma guns, meltas, captains are all the blister ones to.

It doesnt, they share the same tripod.

But I was balancing and compensating for the ( missile launcher, mortar and other weapon and bits ) I know they arnt popular, but they are still worth something :'P

the 700 price is more than fair, a good value.

But I can see it getting $500 - $600 on ebay

600 give or take depending on the market for ebay...
