The eye of terror

I registered this account a while ago now, never really got round to saying hello.

I've been at least painting and collecting for a good while now ever since a friend in 6th form kindly introduced me to the hobby by going halfsies on a daemonhunters force with me.

Those original models are now lost to the warp (*cough* eBay) and I seem to have an ever increasing pile of chaos to paint, going back a good few years.

Not really had the chance to play the game much for a good while now. But ever the enthusiastic newbie when I got back into the hobby I immediately launched into building an apocalypse super heavy (plague tower), when I did get back into the game back in 2010. Since then I've managed to be entirely to distracted with things like world of warcraft at sporadic periods meaning not much has gotten done of late. Though now I've sworn off of MMO's for life so I can see me getting stuff painted again!

I originally started off with the intent of doing a Death Guard themed force but I soon decided I loved the whole pantheon of chaos in all it's gribbly glory. Which has led to me deciding on painting up pretty much all of the traitor legions in some form or another for an apocalypse sized force. I also started on daemons seeing as if you're going to go with chaos you might as well go all the way right.

Since it did mention questions, with regards to uploading photos I should only put pretty finished things on the gallery right? Works in progress can just be linked from a photobucket or the like I'm guessing.

Well that's my hello post out of the way at least, now to get on with uploading photos to try and get some help and comments etc!

Hi,

Welcome to Dakka
