Reclusarch with jump pack
. 3 units of 10 ass marines with 2 flamers and a powersword in each...with a jump pack priest with a powersword on each aswell and
2 storm ravens with extra armour..

You don't need that many priests. And I'm guessing your using the Storm Ravens as gun boats, I have found that they are just better used more on the transport side, and I would consider a libby with a jump pack over the Reclusarch. For 2000 I would invest in DC since now in 6th edition they work very well against any army.

well i was putting 1 with each unit...

i was using them as transport at 1st then dropping.in from them.

Storm Ravens can only transport 12 regular models, or 6 jump pack models. So since you mention having jump packs on your priests and the reclusiarch, they're not all fitting in there...

Also, in 6th edition you can only reserve half of your non-mandatory units. Flyers must reserve, and any models embarked upon them... but if you wanted a unit of assault marines and a priest to not be in a storm raven, one of those two would have to deploy on the table (half rounding up can stay in reserve).

So... I think you need to read through the 6th ed rulebook and re-think your list a bit! Pure "descent of angels" lists no longer work, as you have to deploy some of them on the table.

yea... just relised that... i actually wrote this list some time ago... before 6th... i wasnt actually going for decent of angels... its that lamentors favour dassualt troops and ravens...

if i recall correctly (looking at my emails) they were gun ships... sorry for the confusion... what would you recomend to keep the theme?

Power fists are the name of the game, since power swords are now AP 3. You need /something/ against terminators and walkers.

I would try to keep the theme for games that aren't seriously competitive. And Powerfists are needed, for 1. Anti-tank 2. There's going to be a lot of terminators since they are near invincible since the power weapon nerf.
