Hey,
I'll Kick it off... I charged a 4 man unit of assault scouts into a full wound nurgle daemon prince, wounded it twice and failed both saves, it caused no wound and failed both fearless saves, dead daemon prince, that scout unit then went on to claim his objective and win me the game!
what's your best luck you've ever had?

To be fair, fire warriors stay down if one of them sneezes in the wrong direction
My best thing...before my opponents and I realized a single daemon prince CAN'T multicharge two units (they were so close together, a single charge actually forced me to hit a model in both units) the prince pavaned one squad, the soul grinder barfed on the other, and the prince came in to charge both. He wiped the squad that had been puked on (immortals), and the other squad (warriors) ran from the combat and were promptly cut down. The prince then ran into the center of my opponent's force, got shot at by everything, and survived on one wound and promptly ran and ate a squad of destroyers, phasing him out. The single prince took out about 700pts of models, with a tiny vomitous amount of help from a Soul Grinder. Oh, to find out months later that a single model can't hit two squads with a charge...sad, sad day.

I don't know if I would consider it "the best luck I've ever had", but it's close:
My brother and I were playing a team tournament and we were getting handled pretty well. It was round 2 and we knew our opponents so it was going to be an uphill battle. IG and Space Wolves (them) versus Dark Eldar and Space Wolves (us).
Well, by about turn 4, our armies were decimated. My brother had about 5 or so models to his entire side and I had a few more than that. Luckily, however, my Thunderwolves (which and I had held in reserves) came on Turn 5 with my Wolf Scouts. We were playing Capture and Control and Table Quarters, so there were a lot of points up for grabs. At the moment, we held a quarter, our opponents held a quarter and we both had our objectives. So, draw game at the bottom of turn 5 and it was time for my reserves to come in automatically.
My wolf scouts come in on the board edge I wanted (by rolling a 1, not by choosing!) and then they hit a razorback in the back with a meltagun. They blow it up and pin the Grey Hunters inside. My Thunderwolves come on and run for cover near the closest building on our side. Now, their quarter was contested!
We roll to go to 6 and we do! The IG player hits my Thunderwolves with Weaken Resolve, dropping their Ld to 4. Then they tank shock my Thunderwolves and their Rune Priest gets out, preparing for a Jaws. My Thunderwolf with a meltabomb plants it on the front of the razorback and stops it in its tracks. Then, he tries to Jaws the unit, and they stop it with a Wolftail Talisman. Finally, they focus all of their shooting into my Thunderwolves, and drop them down to 3 plus the Lord. Enough to break, that's for sure. So, at the end of the shooting phase, I pick up the dice. . . I roll a 3! To try to wrap them up, our opponent try to assault them with the RP, but then remembers that he tankshocked, and so could not assault.
Top of 6. My brother is shocked because we may be able to pull out some points here. I break my Wolf Lord off and charge him through some ruins, to the other side of their objective - right now, an IG blob is sitting safely in front of their objective and there is a unit of Grey Hunters about 4" from their objective. I bring the rest of my Thunderwolves back so that we are contesting another quarter. So, right now, there are 3 quarters contested and we have one. Then, we forego shooting because time is winding down, and I am in a pickle - if I assault the blob, there is no way I can win. I won't even pull enough of them off of the objective. So, I look to the Grey Hunters about 4" from the objective. I assault, with Dual Wolf Claws. I choose to re-roll to hit. I roll 5 hits and then, only 4 wounds! He has a GH stuck in with my lord. So, he swings back and whiffs. Now, the moment of truth! He rolls his morale and breaks! However, there is a problem, if I catch him, he will just take Fearless wounds and stick around, still tarpitting me. So we roll our initiatives. . .and he gets away! He runs about 5" toward the table edge and I consolidate 3" toward their objective, contesting it.
With the game ending, my brother and I have our objective and 1 table quarter, to nothing on their side. My brother is trying not to smile at the fact two units just won the game over another 1800 pts or so on the other side. Our opponents look across at us a little surprised, it seems, and put out their hands to shake on a great game.
That was just one of those turns where everything needed to go exactly right for everything to work. And it did!

I regularly use the Necron's Veil of Darkness to teleport units of Deathmarks into places that only a crazy person would attempt a deep strike into, and have become quite well known in my gaming circles to be exceptionally lucky at not scattering.
And I have only ever suffered a critical mishap once. And ironically, it was the one time I attempted a perfectly 'safe' deep strike.

Damn fine soldiering there!
My luckiest moment happened back in 3rd ed when Lord Solar Macharius was still around. I roll his WS and attacks both to the max. I was playing a pretty standard Marine 3rd ed list ( LR, Pred, Vinidcator, Assault squad, termies, Calgar, yada yada) and throughout the battle my command squad is dodging big shots and making oodles of cover saves (I had one chimera at the time, holding something else, honestly can't remember). The Land Raider widns up rolling up and dumping out the pimp sauce Calgar unit to assault my Macharius led unit. My units gets one turn to fire and they claim one casualty, the marines fire back and get no one thanks to cover saves, he assaults, we strike simultaneous thanks to frag grenades and Macharius & his squad drop the marine command squad before Calgar can even strike with his PF's. Master crafted Power Sword FTW!
I miss Macharius, he was a cool character.

First one was killing a daemon prince of nurgle with a laspistol on it's last wound, after a squad of GK's had tried to work it over with psycannons.
Second was my dreadnought in the last game of armoured fury (W40K scenario, only walkers and tanks). Got rammed by a leman russ and Chimera, immobilised both, Then got shot with assault cannon, 3 lascannons, a redeemer cannon, a multi-melta, a particle whip and 3 HK missiles, and didn't even get a dent. He wrecked 4 tanks, blew up 2 tanks and immobilised 3.
Rex, got charged by Angarrath, survived and caused all 3 wounds, then proceeded to finish him off. That was funny, not a wound on rex.

(Back in 4th ed) I had a Broodlord charge my Heroic Senior Officer (HSO), hit with four attacks and wound with three, no armor saves. Had to fall back on the HSO's refactor field...5,5,6...saved all three, so the HSO swings back, three hits. He has just a power weapon, so sixes to wound...All three wound! And the broodlord had no invulnerable saves!

Enemy Eldar vs. my Space Wolves. His Striking Scorpions were tied up with my 10x Grey Hunters Pack (MotW, Standard, Meltagun, Wolf Guard with Fist and Combi-Melta). He wittled them down to where the Wulfen was the last man standing against 5 Scorpions. I managed to hold off that entire squad with one guy, made him flee and caught him on a Sweeping Advance.

The only reason that this was lucky for me was because it was unlucky for my opponent.
Battle of the hammer units. My Nobz charge my opponents THSS terminators in turn 2 of the last game in a tournament. I hit with the big choppas first. 20 attacks, 15 of which wound. Ok, that's pretty lucky, but gets even luckier as my opponent fails a save on each of his terminators. Thus all of them die before he even has a chance to strike with them. This tilted the game massively in my favour. Although full credit to my opponent as he still managed to make a game out of it.

12 sisters in trees, one pie plate on them, made the 5+ cover save on all but one. Opponent was pissed.
Charged two basic guardsmen into 2 terminators. 2 hits, 2 wounds, 2 dead terminators.....
Absolute best was probbaly bloodbowl. Frist game of the season with my halfling team vs undead- One lone halfling tackled a werewolf- 2 dice his choice- not only knocked him down, and cause dthe ball to bounce....and then landed in a halfling's arms, who caught it and ran for a touchdown, the lone halfling that started it all cracked the werewolf's armor, and we got a kill result on him.....Its the stuff of legends at the club.

My Necron Warrior squad gets Weaken Resolved down to LD2. Manticore fires and kills a few Warriors and my two Crypteks. I take pinning on LD2...snake eyes. I take morale on LD2 (standing right near the board edge).....snake eyes. One Cryptek and a few Warriors get up from RP and miraculously the squad survives to contest my objective.
I still lost, but damn that was lucky.

One of my very first games, dawn of war deployment, I went second against an IG player friend of mine, so I had to make sure my Autarch was 18" away and I put him behind a hill from a 20 some odd man blob of soldiers.. I managed to Sieze initiative, then lept oout from behind the hill with a warp pack 12", shot a melta gun at him, killed one which he took from the back, then I charaged him, drawing all his lil guys into combat and just out of range from his Kommisar which was riding in a tank to the side. I killed a few, he did no wounds to me, he failed his leadership, and my Autarch sweeping advanced 20 guys. Awesome.
More recently as in within the last few days with my Chaos Daemons, the Oracle of Tzeentch turned Vulcan Hesten into a chaos spawn in a tournament game, and in casual play turned both a Librarian and Chaplain into chaos spawns in another game, 2 turns in a row he rolled 6 each time. Awesome.
