So I mainly will be playing BA and eldar, here's the list:

Hq

Overlord w/ warsythe and CCB - 180

Elite

5xlychguard w/ sword and shield - 225

5xcrypteks one of each harbinger - 145

Troops

5 x 5xwarriors - (65 each) 325

Fast attack

2 x 5xscarabs - (75 each) 150

Heavy spt

2 x annihilation barge - (90 each) 180

That leaves 45 Pts for cryptek wargear

Idea is to give each troops 1 x cryptek

Any ideas to improve?

I wouldn't have 5 units of 5 warriors. I'd have 2 of 10 and one of 5. That goes for the Scarabs as well. They tend to die in small units.

I second this, units of 10 warriors would be better, more shooty, more durable, more chances for RP.
Scarabs should definately be in one group

I would also look at the crypteks. What do you hope to do with them? Yes, they are helpful, but usually when used with a combination of other units to implement a strategy...one of each will be jack of all trades/ineffective at most things. Also, can you outfit all those crypteks for 45 pts? I don't have my codex in front of me atm.

I would get a veiltek attached to the lychguard, and destruction-teks with lances for lots of str 8 ap 2 shots for the rest.

Yeah, will merge two of the squads, is it not worth getting lightenning field stormtek with lychguard for getting assaulted? And will merge the scarabs.

I recommend taking 5 crypteks with Eldritch Lances, in 1 unit for some long range firepower, something this army lacks.

Also your Overlord seems a bit pricey to me. What is CCB?

I'd probably put him in the Lychguard unit with a Warscythe and Resurrection Orb. That comes down to 130 points, making room for the above mentioned Crypteks and some other toys. I would probably give your lord a 2+ save for 15 points, but it is not mandatory. Is the 3++ worth the 45 points? It seems way to expensive for one dude who has 3 attacks, and can possibly come back on a 4+, anywho.
